On our brasserie menu you will find typical regional and seasonal dishes, which we are happy to serve you for lunch from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and in the evening. Please note that reservations can be accepted for 6 p.m. or after 8 p.m. From 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. a small selection of delicious dishes is available.
The Parkhotel Weiskirchen also belongs to the regional brand "Ebbes von hei". The restaurateurs and producers of the Saar-Hunsrück region have joined forces to bring tourists closer to our culinary traditions and food.

On sunny days we are happy to offer you a fresh draft beer on the sunny brasserie terrace with a small beer garden. Enjoy the stunning views of the spa park, forest and small lake.
At the moment we serve à la carte dishes in our "Brasserie" or when the weather is fine in the beer garden until 10 p.m. Drinks are available until 1 a.m.
